An 18th century German silver mounted white enamel barrel shaped double snuff box with gold lattice foil overlay. Attributable to the workshop of the Huguenot emigrate Pierre Fromery (1655-1738), an accomplished clockmaker, boxmaker, steel-cutter and armourer. Berlin circa 1730.
